In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformation workflows that support large-scale analytics and operational systems.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines from internal databases and SaaS platforms.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain transformation models with DBT, Redshift, Dagster, and related technologies.
• Monitor and maintain cloud data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and address data engineering needs.
• Establish and enforce data engineering standards and best practices within the team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for pipelines, workflows, and data processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying code in production environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with DBT for transformation pipelines.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Practical experience with ETL design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and pipeline development.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra.
• At least 4 years of experience with cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Fluent in English with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with AWS (Redshift), Dagster, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), or infrastructure tools like Docker, Terraform, Helm.
