In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering projects that support our utility clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position plays a crucial part in managing energy resources through innovative software solutions that lead to efficient energy use and sustainability. You will engage with cross-functional teams and clients, advocating for their success and significantly contributing to the transition towards clean energy. Requirements

• 5 years of Project/Program Management with leadership experience, including 3+ years leading complex SaaS projects.
• Exceptional project management skills; experience with electric utilities or energy projects is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading large scale projects with detailed reporting requirements.
• Strong electricity industry knowledge; familiarity with demand response and energy storage is beneficial.
• Outstanding communication skills suitable for C-suite audiences.
• Experience driving cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and solutions proactively.
• BS/MS/PhD in engineering/science or equivalent work experience.
