• Program-manage small to medium clinical workstreams, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Care Delivery.
• Facilitate executive alignment through meeting coordination, agenda setting, and accountability tracking.
• Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
• Plan and manage team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategic objectives to day-to-day execution.
• Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the team’s perspective externally with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed.
