• Coordinate DAWA data collection sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with site staff.
• Support user management by tracking access requests, onboarding new users, and maintaining accurate site rosters.
• Organize and track site subject matter experts for DAWA orientation sessions, ensuring readiness for upcoming activities.
• Attend sessions with the Senior Program Analyst to provide coordination support, take notes, and manage follow-up actions.
• Maintain DAWA documentation such as checklists, quick reference guides, and internal Teams content.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the DAWA Teams Q&A channel, and compile lessons learned from recorded sessions.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for DAWA meetings, training calls, and coordination sessions.
• Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to align DAWA tasks with project milestones and objectives.
