Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage complex technology systems design projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of telecom and related systems.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop design parameters, specifications, and coordinated construction documents.
• Oversee project phases from programming to construction closeout, delegating technical tasks to optimize workflow and team development.
• Participate in business development activities, including pursuit interviews, proposal preparation, and fee negotiation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by developing training materials and participating in TEECOMuniversity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, making critical design and project decisions while maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business.
