This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Lead Bank. We are currently looking for a Payments Compliance ITM Analyst in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance across payment operations and fintech partner programs.

In Short

• Assist in delivering the Compliance Management System (CMS) with a focus on payments, lending, deposit, and operational activities.
• Partner with business units and fintech partners to ensure accurate implementation of controls and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations, including Reg E, NACHA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, SCRA/MLA, Reg CC, TISA, and other consumer protection laws.
• Conduct interviews, meetings, and reviews to assess compliance program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Monitor partner controls and key risk indicators, identify gaps, and support remediation efforts.
• Perform transaction and account-level testing for adherence to compliance requirements.
• Support regulatory exams, external audits, and internal compliance initiatives.
