Overview

The Payroll Compliance Analyst will collaborate with Product Specialists to ensure adherence to payroll compliance requirements in Poland, contributing to the development and maintenance of the payroll engine.

In Short

• Collaborate with Product Specialists on payroll compliance requirements.
• Educate the Product team on legislation and ensure correct implementation.
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations.
• Ensure continuous upskilling and compliance awareness of the Product team.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Poland.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll tax and HR regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience supporting multi-region Payroll Solutions is an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Poland.
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is a plus.
• Experience in designing multi-region Payroll Solutions is advantageous.
