Overview

Deel is seeking a Payroll Compliance Specialist to collaborate with Product Specialists and ensure compliance with local payroll regulations in Thailand.

In Short

• Collaborate with Product Specialists on payroll compliance.
• Educate the Product team on legislation.
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications.
• Ensure compliance awareness within the Product team.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Thailand required.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll tax and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Thailand.
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in multi-region Payroll Solutions is an advantage.
