Overview

Deel is seeking a payroll compliance specialist to collaborate with product teams and ensure the development of compliant payroll solutions for various countries.

• Collaborate with Product Specialists on payroll compliance requirements.
• Educate the Product team on legislation.
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations.
• Ensure compliance awareness within the Product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Swissdec certification is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is advantageous.
