The Payroll Compliance Analyst will collaborate with Product Specialists to ensure compliance with local payroll regulations in Belgium, translating requirements into technical specifications for development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Belgium.
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in multi-region payroll solutions is advantageous.
