Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll tax and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is a plus.
• Experience in multi-region Payroll Solution design is advantageous.
