Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in The Netherlands.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll tax and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Experience in payroll solution design and implementation is a plus.
