Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Mexico.
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Experience in designing and implementing payroll solutions is an advantage.
