You will be at the forefront of digital innovation, overseeing paid strategy across major platforms, testing new channels, and driving data-informed decisions to optimize return on ad spend. In Short

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest from strategy to execution.
• Test and scale performance on emerging platforms such as Snapchat, Reddit, and AppLovin.
• Develop and run incrementality tests to measure channel impact and refine media spend decisions.
• Deliver insights using analytics tools like GA4, Northbeam, and PowerBI to guide creative and strategy.
• Lead budget pacing, media mix planning, and ROAS optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, creative, influencer, and brand teams on launches and campaigns.
• Partner with web teams to run A/B tests on landing pages aimed at boosting conversion rates.
• Maintain regular reporting on campaign performance, testing outcomes, and strategic growth areas.
• Manage platform reps and vendor relationships to stay ahead of beta tests and platform innovations.
