Remote Head of Employee Programs

Overview

This position is for a Remote Head of People Programs, responsible for shaping the employee lifecycle and enhancing workplace culture through strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management roles.
• Demonstrated success in scaling people programs in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in optimizing People systems (HRIS, LMS, etc.).
• Strong project and program management skills with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Highly data-driven, with experience in building insights and KPIs.
• Experience in partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
