As a Member of Client Experience, you will serve as a trusted partner for institutional clients, ensuring every interaction is seamless, proactive, and professional. You will guide clients through onboarding, daily operations, and platform adoption while advocating for their needs internally. This role blends operational expertise, client relationship management, and strategic insight, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Client Operations, to continuously refine processes and improve service delivery. A deep understanding of digital assets, financial operations, and compliance is key to delivering exceptional client outcomes. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly influence client success and company growth.

In Short

  • Provide end-to-end client onboarding and integration support, ensuring a smooth transition from setup to full platform adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client inquiries, offering expert guidance on platform functionality and digital asset operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Contribute to operational process improvement, including development and enhancement of runbooks, workflow automation, and process reengineering.
  • Assist in preparing client reporting and key performance metrics, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Act as a client advocate by communicating use cases and feedback to Product and Engineering teams, influencing product development priorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the digital asset landscape, blockchain technologies, and regulatory requirements to effectively support institutional clients.
