• Own and manage the full marketing tech stack, including Hubspot and other tools.
• Lead end-to-end optimization of lead assignment and campaign performance tracking.
• Maintain clean, accurate marketing data and build robust dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate closely with inbound sales to refine processes and improve lead quality.
• Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable SOPs.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies to improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, especially Hubspot.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
