People Operations Senior Generalist - Remote

Overview

This position is for a People Operations Senior Generalist who will enhance employee experience across the HR lifecycle in a remote setting.

In Short

• Administer payroll processing and audits.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Administer employee benefits and workplace accommodations.
• Maintain HRIS systems and compliance records.
• Support policy education and company-wide trainings.
• Track People & Culture expenses and manage budget reporting.
• Partner with managers to implement HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–6 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience managing HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• HR certification and experience with PEO platforms are a plus.
