Overview

At Mercury, we’re building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. As we scale globally, the People Operations team is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist to join our team.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for leave of absences.
• Lead development of country-specific leave policies.
• Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves.
• Create and implement global People Policies.
• Build and maintain toolkits and guides for employee experience.
• Manage Workday configurations related to leave.
• Own vision for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Facilitate meetings for ERG leads and partners.
• Project manage annual DEIB Charter Metrics.
• Handle sensitive and confidential HR matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations.
• Hands-on experience in leave administration.
• Experience using Workday as an administrator.
• Interest in managing DEIB initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
