Your efforts will directly contribute to the operational success of marketing initiatives, ensuring that programs launch efficiently and with significant impact. As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you will collaborate closely with various teams to empower them in achieving their marketing goals while navigating a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Manage all incoming operations requests via our internal ticketing system, partnering with campaign and field marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-time execution.
• Build and launch emails, landing pages, registration workflows and follow-ups, ensuring flawless execution.
• Own and maintain the email calendar, collaborating across teams to optimize timing, prioritization, and segmentation strategy.
• Define the right audiences, build accurate segmentation lists, and ensure strong campaign performance.
• Act as an advanced user of marketing technologies, with solid experience in campaign tools.
• Track and report on campaign performance and present insights to regional stakeholders.
• Ensure all campaigns follow data privacy standards and internal governance practices.
• Champion best practices as an operational consultant to regional teams, helping marketers elevate their campaign execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles in a B2B or tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools, with a strong preference for certification.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and related campaign tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and segmentation tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-based workflow.
• A collaborative mindset with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy.
