Managing Counsel, Privacy/AI - Remote

Overview

This role is a senior legal leadership position responsible for shaping and managing the privacy and AI legal functions across the organization.

• Lead and manage the company’s privacy and AI legal functions.
• Provide actionable legal guidance on federal and state consumer and healthcare privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
• 12+ years of legal experience.
• Minimum 5 years advising on privacy matters.
• At least 2 years advising on AI-related legal issues.
• Proven leadership experience managing legal teams.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Strong organizational skills for compliance and risk mitigation.
