Hims & Hers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Privacy & AI Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on matters related to AI, privacy, and data protection within a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active legal license.
• 8+ years of experience in privacy and AI law.
• Expertise in consumer privacy laws and healthcare privacy frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building skills.
• Experience in negotiating privacy and AI contracts.
• Sharp legal judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
