Requirements

• Juris Doctor or LLM from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate law.
• 4+ years in a global corporate legal department.
• Experience in privacy and data security law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience analyzing privacy laws and regulations.
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification preferred.
• Experience with technology and FinTech.
• Experience with product development.
• Expertise in developing privacy compliance tools.
