Overview

As a Support Engineering Manager, you’ll lead efforts to deliver top-tier technical assistance for high-performance computing (HPC) users, ensuring seamless performance and customer satisfaction across cloud-based platforms.

In Short

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers using a complex HPC and CAE simulation platform.
  • Resolve customer issues via email, chat, and ticketing systems with a strong focus on responsiveness and clarity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and deliver product improvements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and best practice guidelines to support user success.
  • Conduct benchmarking, performance tuning, and internal testing to enhance platform efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to automation efforts using shell scripting or related tools to streamline computing workflows.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality support across distributed teams while contributing to strategic support planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in CAE, Linux, cloud, and automation.
  • Strong technical skills in HPC environments.
  • Ability to mentor teams and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Experience with documentation and creating user guides.
