Overview

This position involves providing critical first-line support for end-users, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless technology experiences.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and mobile device issues.
  • Escalate complex issues according to established procedures.
  • Accurately document call transactions and support activities.
  • Assist with last-minute coverage needs and provide backup support.
  • Stay current with system updates and team procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments preferred.
  • Associate degree or equivalent practical experience desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service principles (ITIL training is a plus).
  • Experience supporting software applications and mobile devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot remotely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: knowledge of medical/clinical terminology.
