Overview

This position is pivotal in ensuring that vendor partnerships align with IT’s strategy and operational priorities. The individual will oversee, manage, and optimize IT’s relationships with vendors while reporting directly to the Director of IT PMO and Portfolio Management.

In Short

  • Coordinate the annual budget process for IT Services, collaborating with the IT Leadership team.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Generate and present monthly accruals, budget actuals, and departmental reports for leadership.
  • Manage performance to IT contracts, focusing on optimization.
  • Develop and execute IT vendor management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships across various IT domains.
  • Partner with Procurement to build performance metrics into IT contracts.
  • Lead vendor risk assessments and track actions with IT and vendor teams.
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards reporting KPIs and value delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Vendor management and IT Finance preferred.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with vendor management platforms and procurement systems.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with IT capabilities like Salesforce, Workday, Azure.
  • Experience with global vendors and offshore service providers.
