In Short

  • Hire, onboard, and coach ISR and SDR team members with defined roles and growth paths.
  • Identify essential activities for funnel building and execute outreach effectively with your team.
  • Establish SLAs for lead response and qualification to enhance pipeline conversion.
  • Set quotas and activity targets, using KPIs to manage performance and improve hit rates.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and leverage AI and analytics for scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for strategic campaigns aligning outreach with business goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and advanced tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales leadership within biotechnology or similar sectors.
  • Expertise in commercial processes related to lead management and pipeline progression.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce and/or HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Scientific fluency to engage with researchers in areas like gene therapy and gene editing.
  • Strong results orientation with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
