• Lead and empower Inside Sales Managers to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute a regional strategy to scale the Inside Sales organization.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing Inside Sales Managers.
• Enable teams to identify, qualify, and grow sales pipeline opportunities.
• Establish scalable, data-driven processes for sales management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive adoption of sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
• Run weekly forecast meetings and provide insights for decision-making.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in complex tech solutions selling.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
• Ability to drive pipeline growth and close deals.
• Strategic planning and territory management skills.
• Track record of coaching and developing sales talent.
• Strong communication skills for articulating business value.
• Data-driven execution capabilities.
• Passion for sales and technology.
