Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading sales teams.
• Experience in complex tech solutions selling.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN.
• Ability to drive pipeline growth and close deals.
• Strategic planning and territory management skills.
• Experience in coaching and developing sales talent.
• Strong communication skills for articulating business value.
• Data-driven approach to sales processes.
