Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven track record in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in people strategy and recruitment frameworks.
• Familiarity with HR systems and technology platforms.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate in a fractional/part-time executive capacity.
