In Short

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of health insurance experience.
  • Minimum two years of sales or account management experience.
  • Department of Insurance Life and Health License required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to understand PacificSource products and competitive environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with office management and employee relations.
  • Flexibility and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Accountability and customer satisfaction focus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
