As the Head of Events & Offsites, you will design and deliver strategic, in-person experiences for a distributed workforce of 1,000+ employees. This high-impact leadership role involves overseeing over 50 annual gatherings—from intimate leadership offsites to large-scale company events—ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and cultural alignment. You will lead a global team, shape the internal events strategy, and bring high standards to execution, innovation, and performance. In Short

• Lead and execute 50+ annual in-person events, from 5-person executive offsites to 500-person conferences.
• Architect and optimize scalable planning workflows and automation systems.
• Own and manage a large-scale annual events budget.
• Direct and develop a distributed global team of event managers and coordinators.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate goals into execution-ready plans.
• Establish and manage vendor partnerships to streamline operations.
