Overview

This position focuses on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients within a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, managing the full implementation lifecycle.

• Lead and manage all aspects of new client implementations within the HCM platform.
• Analyze payroll and HR data for completeness and accuracy.
• Train clients on system functionality including time and attendance, payroll processing, and reporting tools.
