Overview

This role as a Global Mobility Business Partner focuses on enhancing the experience of employees on international assignments throughout the Americas by advising HR leaders on mobility strategies.

• Serve as the primary global mobility business partner and strategic advisor.
• Lead and manage international assignments for the Americas region.
• Oversee international permanent transfers globally.
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors for service delivery.
• Conduct audits of payroll-impacting data for accuracy.
• Implement enhancements to mobility programs within HRMS systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to mobility.
• Design and deliver training on global mobility programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law, economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Global Mobility program management.
• Knowledge of immigration, tax, and social security challenges.
• Experience with HRMS systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in process optimization is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable.
