• Build trusted relationships with the Chief Revenue Officer and Revenue leadership team.
• Mentor and coach managers at all levels.
• Advise on people and talent strategies.
• Partner with employee relations to resolve complex issues.
• Improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
• Drive GTM specific talent initiatives.
• Be a culture champion and advocate for company values.
• Part of a dynamic PBP team reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner to a Revenue organization.
• Experience with organizational design and change management.
• Knowledge in People/HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Understanding of employment laws across multiple countries.
• Experience working with leaders globally.
• Excitement for remote working culture.
