Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst with Salesforce expertise.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Customer Experience portals and Service Cloud functionality.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform limitations.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and user story grooming.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise tools, API integrations, and Salesforce Administrator.
