Business Analyst - Salesforce - Remote

Overview

We’re on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives by connecting patients with doctors through our healthcare platform. We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our Salesforce CRM migration.

In Short

• Work on Salesforce CRM migration for global operations.
• Turn business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams including Product, Architecture, Admins, and Engineering.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Define data models and support data migration planning.
• Produce user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support reporting and analytics needs.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong data literacy and experience with Jira/Confluence.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environment.
• Strong requirements engineering and process mapping skills.
• Solid data literacy (object/field design, mappings, basic SQL).
• Experience coordinating UAT.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with QA practices and analytics tools.
• Experience with integrations is a plus.
