This position is crucial in shaping the strategic vision and leadership of our national sales and customer experience teams. As the Executive Vice President, you will drive economic value and enhance industry-leading customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize customer-focused initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required.
  • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise growth strategies with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Deep understanding of pricing, commercial terms, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to innovate and generate solutions to business challenges.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing senior management.
  • Excellent analytic and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data and numbers.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills for representing the organization effectively.
