You will be the right hand to the CEO, enabling focus on top priorities by managing schedules, communications, travel, and board engagement. The position also involves liaising with high-level stakeholders and contributing to internal alignment across key projects and milestones. In Short

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing a proactive, priority-based calendar that balances business and personal needs.
  • Oversee all travel logistics and meeting preparations, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough briefings.
  • Track high volumes of communications (email, LinkedIn, texts, etc.), ensuring timely follow-ups and managing responses on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare executive briefings and consolidate agendas and relevant materials ahead of meetings.
  • Leverage systems like Salesforce for stakeholder management, contact tracking, and meeting organization.
  • Plan and execute logistics for key events such as executive retreats, internal leadership sessions, and investor meetings.
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, materials, attendance, follow-ups, and event logistics.
  • Maintain positive relationships with board members and external stakeholders with high levels of discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team on organizational support and cross-functional communication tasks.
  • Optimize internal processes, organizational calendars, and collaboration tools to improve efficiency across leadership teams.
