Remote Events Director

Overview

This position involves overseeing all phases of event operations, ensuring exceptional experiences through innovative project management in both virtual and in-person settings.

In Short

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key events.
• Financial management including budget development and reporting.
• Sourcing and managing site selections and contracts.

Requirements

• Experience managing C-level executive events.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Virtual event experience with platforms like Webex and Zoom.
• Highly organized and proactive individual.
• Experience with event management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of US cities' venues.
