Overview

This position is for a Director of Associate Financial Planners, where you will lead a team to enhance client value through wealth services and ensure outstanding service in financial planning.

  • Lead a team of about 30 Associate Financial Planners (AFPs).
  • Drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Coach and develop AFPs for comprehensive financial planning.

  • Enhance the client experience in financial services.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in financial services sales management.
  • Experience leading teams of 10 or more.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial services and planning.
  • FINRA Series 65 required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Certified Financial Planner designation preferred.
