Director, Associate Financial Planners - Remote

Overview

As Director, Associate Financial Planners, you’ll play a pivotal role leading a team of Associate Financial Planners in support of our Financial Planners across the country to help drive client acquisition, retention and expanded client value through our wealth service offerings and provide an outstanding client experience.

In Short

• Lead a team of about 30 Associate Financial Planners.
• Coach and develop AFPs to perform financial planning analysis.
• Master the use of internal tools such as FPT, Holistiplan, TED, Orion.
• Drive priorities and areas of focus through performance management.
• Partner effectively across the organization to enhance client experience.
• Establish personal and professional goals for AFPs.

Requirements

• 5 years in financial services sales management.
• 5+ years leading a workforce of 10 or more individuals.
• Confirmed ability to lead and empower sales staff.
• Deep understanding of financial services and comprehensive financial planning.
• FINRA Series 65 Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; or equivalent experience.
• Certified Financial Planner designation preferred.
