As a Digital Designer, you will create innovative and high-performing digital experiences across various platforms including web and mobile. Your designs will directly impact the customer journey, enhancing engagement and driving conversions. With your expertise in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, you will craft solutions that maintain brand consistency and highlight the value of our partner's offerings. • Design responsive digital experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Create user-friendly landing pages that enhance conversion rates.
• Ensure designs adhere to performance, accessibility, and brand standards.
• Develop compelling motion and video content.
• Collaborate with growth and content teams to produce engaging email campaigns and advertisements.
• Support product launches and promotions with creative campaign designs.
• Analyze performance data to refine and improve designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in digital design for web, mobile, and marketing.
• Strong portfolio with examples of landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for responsive frameworks across various screen sizes.
• Understanding of performance-driven design principles such as A/B testing and UX best practices.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design work.
• Experience in fintech, consumer brands, or startups is a plus.
• Motion/animation design experience (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers is advantageous.
