As a Digital Experience Designer, you will be responsible for building compelling interactive experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers.

• Establish content, strategies, and persona for voice and text-based automated solutions
• Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions
• Create client-facing deliverables focused on user interaction and experience
• Collaborate on intent discovery and natural language models
• Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive success criteria and reporting
• Provide analysis and recommendations for deployed solutions
• Maintain design systems across platforms
• Design and prototype products and provide product feedback

Requirements

• Significant customer-facing consulting experience
• 3+ years of user experience and user interaction work experience
• Degree in design, user experience, communication, or a related discipline
• Experience crafting mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Comfortable using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or InVision
• Ability to work hands-on in a conversational platform
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Outcome-oriented storytelling ability
