Designer - Digital Experiences / Content - Remote

Overview

The Designer has a unique understanding of strategy and a talent for creative development and meticulous execution. This role will work collaboratively across the organization, as well as work independently to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Work closely with the Creative Director and teams to execute digital experiences and campaigns.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance brand presence in media and digital experiences.
• Create systems for corporate identity and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative ideas that meet project KPIs.
• Work with marketing leads to present creative concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across projects.
• Stay updated on design trends.
• Self-starter comfortable with collaboration.
• Hands-on expertise in developing design solutions.
• Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in Art/Design or related field.
• 8 years of experience with 5 years in art direction and design.
• Experience with creative agencies and internal teams.
• Strong portfolio in digital and campaign brand creative.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Expertise in digital creative software tools.
• Strategic thinking and ability to communicate effectively.
• Global experience is a plus.
• Digital-native with a passion for digital media.
• Ability to build and scale digital experiences.
