Overview

As a User Experience Designer at Sercante, you’ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive and delightful experiences for our clients and their customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, design, and iterate on solutions that solve complex problems while enhancing usability and accessibility. Your work will directly impact how users interact with digital tools and platforms, ensuring they achieve their goals effortlessly.

Requirements

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
• Understanding of Salesforce and the Lightning design system.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Exceptional ability to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on usability.
• Bonus points for Salesforce certifications.
