• Lead the data engineering team, managing and mentoring direct reports while supporting future team growth.
• Design and maintain unified data models across PSA platforms such as ConnectWise, AutoTask, and Halo.
• Build scalable data infrastructure to resolve sync issues and support rapid customer growth.
• Provide the foundation for AI-driven products, including AI Ticket Triage.
• Develop automated dashboards for client health, churn prediction, and executive KPIs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align data strategies with business needs.
• Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top data engineering talent while supporting career growth within the team.
