We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead and grow a dynamic data engineering team. In this role, you will oversee cloud-based data architecture, manage technical delivery, and ensure the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and clients, driving innovation and continuous improvement across data practices. This fully remote position allows you to operate from any Latin American country, while collaborating with a global team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your leadership will directly impact data strategy, engineering excellence, and overall business outcomes.
