One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them optimize their use of a software platform to drive business results. You’ll build and maintain strong, long-term relationships while proactively identifying opportunities for value delivery and engagement. As a strategic partner, you will provide product training, support issue resolution, and guide customers toward achieving their desired outcomes. In Short

  • Serve as the preferred Customer Success Manager for a designated list of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with customers
  • Guide customers to maximize platform value and ROI through strategic use
  • Lead proactive outreach to understand client goals and roadblocks
  • Use data analytics to track customer engagement and drive targeted outreach
  • Identify churn risks and engage customers to improve retention outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Deliver product training, workshops, and other onboarding support
  • Monitor account health and support contract renewal and upsell efforts
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with software platforms and customer engagement strategies
  • Proven track record of driving retention and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
