In Short

  • Provide quality customer service experience to consumers and customers
  • Maintain effective customer service for internal and external customers by utilizing excellent knowledge of products and programs
  • Communicate effectively with consumers via various channels (telephone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
  • Problem solve in a professional and effective manner
  • Oversee new associates and provide daily insights on their progress
  • Analyze engagement levels on brand pages and provide feedback to marketing
  • Develop and implement social listening plans
  • Moderate user-generated content following the moderation policy

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • 2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have a working device for the 2-Factor Authentication process
  • Availability for training and required shifts without time off
  • Flexibility to meet changing shift requirements based on client needs
